To further strengthen Party conduct and integrity building, enhance all faculty and staff members' awareness of discipline and self-discipline, and build a strong ideological defense against corruption, the International Education College and the LSBU-NJUIT Joint Institute's directly-affiliated Party branch organized a special education session on integrity on March 25.
At the session, all participants studied regulations and disciplinary requirements for clean professional conduct. They reviewed typical cases of violations and disciplinary offenses as cautionary education, analyzing the root causes of eroded ideals and beliefs, weak disciplinary awareness, and lack of bottom-line thinking among those involved. The serious consequences of disciplinary violations were presented in a direct manner. Participants came to a profound realization that clean governance and clean teaching are fundamental principles for every staff member. They must maintain a clear mind at all times, knowing what to revere, what to guard against, and what bottom lines to uphold.
Participants exchanged their thoughts and reflections on the learning content. They expressed their commitment to learning from these cases, remaining vigilant, consciously resisting unhealthy tendencies, strictly abiding by all rules and regulations, cultivating self-discipline in daily matters, and upholding professional ethics.
The meeting emphasized that all faculty and staff must integrate integrity requirements into daily work and life, continuously strengthening their sense of responsibility and rules-based conduct, and strictly observing disciplinary red lines. Party members and cadres should play an exemplary and leading role, setting an example through clean and diligent performance of duties, and fostering a healthy environment for education and work.
This special session has further consolidated the foundation of integrity awareness among all participants. Going forward, the college will carry out integrity education on a regular basis and continue to deepen work-style improvement, ensuring steady and orderly progress in all college undertakings with a clean and upright outlook.
为进一步加强党风廉政建设，强化全体教职工纪律意识和廉洁自律意识，筑牢拒腐防变思想防线，3月25日，国际教育学院、伦敦南岸学院直属支部组织开展廉洁教育专题学习活动。
学习会上，全体人员集中学习廉洁从业相关规定与纪律要求，结合典型违纪违法案例开展警示教育，深入剖析案例中人员理想信念滑坡、纪律观念淡薄、底线意识缺失等问题根源，直观展现违纪行为带来的严重后果。大家深刻认识到，廉洁从政、廉洁从教是每一名工作人员的基本准则，必须时刻保持清醒头脑，做到知敬畏、存戒惧、守底线。 与会人员围绕学习内容交流心得体会，纷纷表示将以案为鉴、警钟长鸣，自觉抵制歪风邪气，严格遵守各项规章制度，从小事小节上加强修养，坚守职业操守。 会议强调，全体干部职工要把廉洁要求融入日常工作与生活，不断强化责任意识和规矩意识，严守纪律红线。党员干部要发挥示范带头作用，率先垂范、廉洁履职，营造风清气正的育人环境和干事氛围。 此次专题学习进一步夯实了全体人员的廉洁思想根基。下一步，我院将常态化开展廉洁教育，持续深化作风建设，以清正廉洁的良好风貌护航学院各项工作平稳有序推进。
