In late November, the university Party Committee conducted an observation and review session of the theoretical study center group meeting of the International Education College and LSBU-NJUIT Joint Institute Party branch. Wei Ping, a member of the Party Committee Standing Committee and Vice President, attended the session together with members of the university observation and review working group.
At the meeting, Zhang Haining led the study of selected chapters from Xi Jinping: The Governance of China (Volume V), sharing insights on building a Community with a Shared Future for Mankind, drawing on international vocational education development experience, and deepening industry-education integration. She also discussed plans and measures in light of the college's work on Chinese-Foreign Cooperation in Running Schools and international student education. Following this, Zhang Li and Sun Shijuan delivered key speeches, while Chu Yang and Wang Yawen shared their learning reflections in turn.
Zhang Haining concluded with remarks that integrated the study content with the college's development priorities. She emphasized that the college should follow the guidance of the Party's innovative theories, absorb advanced vocational education models from multiple countries, and improve education, faculty development, and university-enterprise collaboration. Leveraging the university's first public undergraduate-level Chinese-foreign cooperative education institution in vocational education, the college should strengthen the "Study in NJUIT" brand and contribute to the internationalization of vocational education.
After the meeting, the university observation and review working group offered its assessment. Wei Ping provided guidance based on the session and the college's key priorities, urging all participants to integrate learning with practice and effectively translate theoretical gains into tangible results for advancing the college's high-quality development in all areas.
11月下旬，校党委对国际教育学院、伦敦南岸学院直属党支部理论学习中心组集体学习开展了列席旁听。党委常委、副校长魏萍、校内列席旁听工作组成员参加了本次集体学习。
会上，张海宁领学《习近平谈治国理政（第五卷）》相关篇目，围绕构建人类命运共同体理念、借鉴国外职业教育发展经验、深化产教融合等内容分享学习感悟，结合学院中外合作办学、来华留学教育等工作谈思路举措。随后，张莉、孙世娟作重点发言，储杨、王亚雯依次交流学习体会。
张海宁结合学习内容与学院发展实际作总结点评。她表示，要以党的创新理论为指引，吸收借鉴多国职业教育先进模式，完善人才培养、师资建设、校企合作等各项工作，依托校内首个公办职教本科层次中外合作办学机构，做强“留学南工”品牌，助力职业教育国际化发展。
会后，校内列席旁听工作组进行点评，魏萍结合本次学习及学院重点工作提出指导意见，要求全体人员坚持学用结合，切实把理论学习成果转化为推动学院各项事业高质量发展的实际成效。
