From November 30 to December 6, 2025, the inaugural World Skills Youth Study Camp was successfully held in Ningbo, Zhejiang. Guided by the World Vocational and Technical Education Development Alliance, the event was co-hosted by the China Education Association for International Exchange (CEAIE) and Ningbo Polytechnic University. Centered on the theme "Showcasing Youth Skills, Building a Green Future," the study camp attracted sixty outstanding international students from 28 countries. The International Education College of Nanjing University of Industry Technology (NJUIT) selected eleven international students to participate, led by faculty members Zheng Meiyu and Li Xiang. Over the course of one week, they immersed themselves in cutting-edge practices at the intersection of digital technology and green development, demonstrating the spirit of NJUIT students.
The study camp featured a multi-dimensional program of academic courses, industry-education-research integration experiences, cultural activities, and skills workshops, creating a three-dimensional learning platform combining theory, practice, and exchange. In the classroom, students learned systematic approaches to solving complex problems and explored pathways to addressing major global challenges. Beyond the classroom, a series of field visits offered immersive exposure to China's multifaceted development in intelligent manufacturing, traditional cultural preservation, and historical heritage conservation. At the Zeekr Auto Meishan Plant, students observed advanced digital intelligent manufacturing technologies. At Tianyi Pavilion, Asia's oldest surviving private library, they appreciated the ancient wisdom of book collection guided by the "Heaven generates water" philosophy. At the Ningbo Museum, they gained in-depth understanding of Ningbo's long history as a key port on the Maritime Silk Road.
Interactive sessions including Tianyi Pavilion cultural decoding, intelligent craftsmanship fusion workshops, and outdoor team-building exercises provided ample platforms for international youth exchange. United by the shared belief that "skills know no borders, and youth dare to lead," students not only exchanged innovative ideas and explored new concepts through collaboration, but also shared their cultural stories and future aspirations during their time together, forging friendships that transcended national boundaries.
At the closing ceremony, participants summarized their learning outcomes through group presentations and video retrospectives. Su Ma, a student from NJUIT, spoke as a student representative. The ceremony concluded with all international students joining in a performance of "You and Me," the theme song of the 2008 Beijing Olympics. The melodious music deeply moved everyone present and expressed the shared aspirations of international youth for friendship, cooperation, and a sustainable future, bringing the event to a fulfilling close.
Skills serve as a universal bridge, and youth represent the hope for the future. This World Skills Youth Study Camp established a platform for in-depth exchange and mutual learning among young people in vocational education worldwide, broadening international perspectives through the integration of digital innovation and green development. The International Education College of NJUIT will seize this opportunity to actively explore pathways for the internationalization of vocational education and cultivate professionals with global vision and specialized technical expertise.

2025年11月30日至12月6日，由世界职业技术教育发展联盟指导、中国教育国际交流协会与宁波职业技术大学联合主办的首届“世界技能青年研习营”在浙江宁波成功举办。本次研习营以“亮青年技能·筑绿色未来”为主题，吸引了来自全球28个国家的60名优秀留学生参与。南京工业职业技术大学国际教育学院选派11名留学生参加首届“世界技能青年研习营”，由我院郑美玉和李想两位教师带队。他们在为期一周的活动中深入体验数字技术与绿色发展的前沿实践，展现了南工学子的风采。
本次研习营通过学术课程、产学研融合生态体验、文化体验、技能工坊等多维度活动，构建了“理论+实践+交流”的立体化学习平台。在课堂中，学生们学习了用系统性思维解决复杂问题的办法，共同寻找解决全球性重大困难的路径。在课堂外，学生们还通过一系列实地参访，沉浸式感受了中国在智能制造、传统文化传承与历史文脉保护方面的多元发展。在极氪汽车梅山工厂，学生们观摩了数字化智能制造的先进技术；在亚洲现存最古老的私家藏书楼——天一阁，学生们领略了以“天一生水”为理念的古代藏书智慧；在宁波市博物馆，学生们深入了解宁波作为“海上丝绸之路”重要港口的悠久历史。
此外，天一阁文化解码、智匠融合体验工坊以及户外素质拓展等互动环节，为各国青年搭建了充分的交流平台。学生们怀揣着“技能无国界，青年勇担当”的共识，不仅在合作时交流新颖的观点，探索全新的想法，更在朝夕相处中分享彼此的文化故事与未来理想，收获了无国界的友谊。
在闭营仪式上，学员们通过小组汇报和视频回顾等形式总结了学习成果。我校学生苏玛作为学生代表发言。仪式的最后，当全体留学生共同唱起2008年北京奥运会主题曲《我和你》时，悠扬的旋律深深感染了在场的每一个人，也表达了各国青年对友谊、合作与可持续未来的共同期盼，为此次活动画上了圆满的句号。
技能是相通的桥梁，青年是未来的希望。本次世界技能青年研习营为世界职教青年搭建了一个深度交流与互学互鉴的平台，在数字与绿色的交融中拓宽国际视野。南京工业职业技术大学国际教育学院将以此为契机，积极探索职业教育国际化的路径，培养具有全球视野和精通专业技能的职教人才。
